Leads an HVAC installation crew in removing existing equipment, installing and testing heat pump systems, and improving installation processes with engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Remove existing HVAC equipment and install, maintain, and test heat pump systems.
- Guide and train team members, and collaborate with technicians and engineering teams on equipment and installation processes.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, building codes, and safety standards while providing customer service.
