Leads an HVAC installation crew removing existing equipment and installing, maintaining, and testing heat pump systems while training technicians and helping improve products and installation processes.
What you'll do
- Remove existing HVAC equipment and install, maintain, and test heat pump systems.
- Train team members and provide customer service; follow blueprints, schematics, building codes, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams to improve products and installation processes.
