Lead residential HVAC installations, especially heat pump systems, while training installers, ensuring quality and code compliance, and helping establish Jetson’s new market operation.
What you'll do
- Complete heat pump installations, including equipment removal, refrigerant handling, and accurate work from blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Lead and mentor installers, maintain installation quality and safety, and communicate with homeowners.
- Collaborate on process improvements and help build the new market operation.

- Extensive hands-on residential HVAC installation experience and proven experience leading an install crew.
- EPA Section 608 Certification.
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics, with working knowledge of local building codes.
- Refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging skills; follows OSHA Electrical Standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard.
