Lead an HVAC installation crew removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, while training technicians and helping improve products and installation processes.
What you'll do
- Remove existing HVAC equipment, install heat pump systems, and test system functionality.
- Train team members on equipment and installation procedures; provide customer service.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams to improve products and processes.

- Proven experience as an HVAC installation team member and team lead.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with Denver-area building codes and regulations.

Pay
