About the job
Leads an HVAC installation crew removing existing equipment and installing heat pump systems, while training technicians and improving products and installation processes.
What you'll do
- Remove existing HVAC equipment and install, test, and maintain heat pump systems.
- Train team members on Jetson equipment and installation procedures; provide customer service.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams to improve products and streamline installation processes.
What they ask for
- Active Maryland HVACR Journeyman License issued by the Maryland Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Contractors.
- Proven experience as an install team member and team lead.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with Denver-area building codes and following OSHA Electrical Standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard.
Nice to have
- BPI certification.

$38- $48 per hour (base pay)
