Partners with field operations in Colorado to build and deliver people programs, ensure employment-law compliance, and support an hourly workforce and its managers.
What you'll do
- Advise field leaders and employees on workforce needs, employee relations, investigations, and difficult conversations.
- Maintain Colorado employment-law compliance and design people programs for hourly and field teams.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, performance, retention, and career development; track people metrics and recommend improvements.
