What you'll do
- Track installation projects, assist customers with inquiries and quotes, and schedule walkthroughs, installations, and inspections.
- Manage permitting and coordinate schedules, equipment, materials, and team members with installation and warehouse teams.
- Document processes, support business system selection and configuration, and monitor service quality.
