What you'll do
- Set field strategy, standards and KPIs; lead branch General Managers and field teams.
- Own installation quality, safety, compliance, capacity planning, field technology and branch financial performance.
- Build field teams and programs, and launch operations in new markets.
What they ask for
- 10+ years of field operations experience in residential HVAC, home services, solar, electrical or construction, including 5+ years leading multi-branch or multi-market operations.
- Experience scaling geographically dispersed field operations and leading General Managers and large teams across the U.S. and Canada, including in-house crews and subcontractors.
- Working knowledge of heat pump and HVAC installation, electrical scopes, permitting and inspections; experience building field safety programs.
- Experience managing budgets, branch P&Ls, labor productivity and cost controls; experience with field service/dispatch platforms and CRM platforms.

$190,000 - $220,000 per annum (USD; base salary)
