Leads Joby’s in-house construction team and manages construction projects from estimating through closeout, with responsibility for resources, budgets, delivery, and construction-phase support to PMO project managers.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop construction staff and skilled-trades teams; allocate crew and equipment across concurrent projects.
- Manage in-house projects from quote solicitation through closeout, and advise PMO project managers on construction execution.
- Own portfolio budgets and delivery standards, including weekly budget reconciliation, forecasting, closeout, and capital transfers.
