Leads daily facilities operations and maintenance, serving as the senior onsite technical resource and providing operational leadership when the Facilities Manager is off-site.
What you'll do
- Oversee facility requests, maintenance, inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, vendors, and contractors.
- Troubleshoot building systems and respond to emergencies; supervise and mentor Facilities Technicians and Janitorial staff.
- Support safety, compliance, sustainability, facility projects, purchasing, and operational improvements.
