What you'll do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance management.
- Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Certification, Legal, and Finance to manage cost, manufacturability, supply risk, and production readiness.
- Build and coach a global team, establish supplier metrics and scalable processes, and automate work where possible.
