Leads strategic and tactical procurement for Joby Aviation, negotiating supplier contracts and managing sourcing, cost, quality, and delivery across commodity categories.
What you'll do
- Negotiate RFQs, pricing, tooling, and supplier agreements; drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Develop category plans and sourcing strategies, monitor markets and supply risks, and manage supplier performance.
- Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams on vendor selection, design reviews, and timely supplier-part delivery.
