About the job
Manages inbound shipments and purchase order receipts, ensuring accurate reconciliation, routing, and movement of controlled inventory to support manufacturing schedules.
What you'll do
- Receive, inspect, reconcile, and route inbound parcel and freight shipments; process purchase order receipts in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Planning, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and expedite parts for build schedules.
- Train and guide receiving associates, and ensure receiving tasks are completed by EOM.
