Serves as the technical authority for assigned experimental flight-test aircraft, managing configuration, airworthiness, operational readiness, and technical issue resolution.

- Controls aircraft hardware and software configuration, records, and modifications.
- Coordinates conformity, certification, Safety of Flight compliance, and aircraft readiness with internal teams.
- Supports aircraft operations through troubleshooting, functional testing, rigging, and actuator calibration.
