About the job
Plans, conducts, and analyzes experimental and certification flight tests for Joby’s fly-by-wire aircraft, supporting safe aircraft development and certification.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute flight test programs, plans, reviews, and procedures from experimental development through certification.
- Serve as a flight-test crewmember, monitor flight data in real time, and advise the pilot on safety-related decisions.
- Analyze test data, report findings, support troubleshooting, and prepare operational documentation.
