What you'll do
- Lead product discovery, research, workflow mapping, prototyping, usability testing, design, and delivery.
- Translate complex operational and technical workflows into simple, reliable, scalable software.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, priorities, and iterative outcomes.
