What you'll do
- Coach teams and leaders on Agile and Kanban practices, including team cadences, policies, and continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery flow across multiple Kanban teams, including intake, capacity, prioritization, WIP, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Configure and optimize Kanban boards, workflows, and reporting, using approved AI and automation capabilities.
