AI Business Transformation, Product Manager-Payments-Vice President

What you'll do

• Set and sequence a transformation agenda tied to measurable business outcomes; prioritize initiatives by value and change capacity.
• Lead end-to-end adoption, workflow redesign for human–AI teaming, organizational changes, and transformation capability-building.
• Define success metrics, diagnose adoption barriers, and partner with risk, compliance, and controls to embed requirements.

What they ask for

• 7+ years in enterprise product, technology, or transformation roles.
• 5+ years leading large-scale organizational change across 25+ teams in matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated results from structured processes; AI product literacy; workflow decomposition; and org analytics fluency.
• Financial-services risk and controls knowledge, senior stakeholder management, strong communication, scaled agile delivery experience, and broad AI knowledge with deep expertise in one or two areas.

Nice to have

• Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent; agile coaching and/or organizational design credentials.
• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or regulated financial services; AI governance knowledge; or experience building change communities.
