AI Prototyping & Transformation Associate

What you'll do

• Support the discovery, build, and validation of apps, point solutions, and agentic workflows.
• Assess and map processes, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations and future designs.
• Help capture business rules and decision logic, communicate findings, and deliver assigned workstream outputs.

What they ask for

• Professional work or internship experience developing strategic business recommendations or improvements with measurable results.
• Hands-on ability to build working outputs, such as code, applications, or point solutions.
• Practical developing experience using generative AI, copilots, or agentic tooling to produce real outputs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex operational issues, plus data analytics proficiency and the ability to work credibly with engineers.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of professional or internship experience in management consulting, financial services, and/or process improvement.
• Exposure to prompt design, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, responsible-AI guardrails, or relevant analytics tools and certifications.
