What you'll do
- Own payment AI/ML solutions from opportunity sizing and data strategy through production rollout, measurement, and iteration.
- Set platform-wide AI/ML strategy and establish evaluation, model lifecycle, reliability, and governance practices.
- Guide technical decisions and communicate model tradeoffs and business impact to senior stakeholders and partners.

- Production experience building and delivering applied machine learning or natural language processing solutions with measurable outcomes.

- Hands-on experience with document extraction and NLP, plus experience deploying and operating ML services or pipelines in a cloud environment such as Amazon Web Services or equivalent.
Nice to have

- Experience with transformer-based NLP, ML operations, real-time or event-driven architectures, or document extraction/NLP in payments, financial services, or regulated environments.
Pay
USD $223,000.00-$325,000.00 base salary (Seattle, WA); USD $223,000.00-$325,000.00 base salary (Palo Alto, CA)
