Applied AI/ML Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify payment-domain problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic systems and other AI/ML solutions, balancing business goals with scalability and latency constraints.
• Document models, monitor performance and regulatory compliance, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 3 years of industry experience.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, Jupyter notebook/Lab, SQL, PySpark, and AWS Cloud Services; proficiency in Python and hands-on machine learning and deep learning frameworks and libraries.
• Extensive knowledge of agentic systems and their tooling ecosystem, including LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or DSPy.
• Extensive experience in NLP or LLMs, or Computer Vision and other machine learning techniques, including classification and regression; knowledge of machine learning, AI, neural networks, and Generative AI.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience, particularly in investment banking operations.
• Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, DataBricks, Snowflakes, or inference-time algorithms such as Chain of Thought and sampling.

Pay

$137,750.00-$195,000.00 USD base salary (New York, NY); $137,750.00-$195,000.00 USD base salary (Seattle, WA); $118,750.00-$185,000.00 USD base salary (Chicago, IL)
