Applied AI/ML - Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead AI/ML programs, help define problem statements and roadmaps, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and operationalize ML pipelines and models for use cases including document Q&A, search, information retrieval, classification, personalization, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and partner teams to deploy solutions and deliver measurable business impact.

What they ask for

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematical Sciences, or Machine Learning, with a strong mathematics and statistics background.
• 7+ years’ experience applying data science and ML techniques to business problems, plus experience with a programming language such as Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; 1+ year working with generative AI solutions or LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Llama.
• Experience building and deploying ML models on AWS; strong NLP, generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning expertise.

Nice to have

• Published research in machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning at a major conference or journal.
• Experience with A/B experimentation and data- or metric-driven product development.

Pay

USD $137,750.00-$235,000.00 base salary (Chicago, IL); USD $137,750.00-$235,000.00 base salary (Plano, TX); USD $171,000.00-$260,000.00 base salary (Jersey City, NJ)
