Applied AI Transformation Director - Identity Access Management

What you'll do

• Prioritize and lead multidisciplinary AI initiatives from opportunity discovery through evaluation, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Establish responsible-AI guardrails, repeatable methods, and shared measures for adoption, effectiveness, and business value.
• Coach IAM teams and advise leadership on AI priorities, operating-model changes, investment choices, and delivery risks.

• Extensive experience leading applied AI transformation in large, complex organizations and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple functions.
• Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, and evaluating generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation, and context engineering, including human oversight and evaluation.
• Experience taking applied AI opportunities from measurable experiments to scalable capabilities and leading multidisciplinary teams through delivery, governance, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Experience leading organizational transformation or operating-model change in a matrixed environment; strong communication, judgment, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated, control-intensive environment, including responsible AI, model risk, data governance, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access, secrets management, entitlements, or policy-controlled automated actions.

USD 223,000.00-$325,000.00 base salary
