Assessments & Exercises Vice President - Cloud Resiliency Testing

What you'll do

• Design and execute enterprise cloud resiliency exercises, measuring readiness and recovery performance with repeatable scenarios and standards.
• Map service dependencies and failure domains, test behavior under disruption, and drive prioritized remediation to verified closure.
• Set resiliency standards, align teams and senior stakeholders, and use validated AI-assisted workflows for evidence synthesis and reporting.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in security and cloud concepts, plus 5+ years of applied engineering experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, platform reliability, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating solutions in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Experience designing and executing resiliency, disaster recovery, or failure-based testing exercises for applications and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud and network architecture, Infrastructure as Code, and experience assessing weaknesses and driving remediation to verified closure.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting disaster and cyber recovery planning, testing, and post-exercise remediation.
• Relevant cloud or security certifications, or experience with security frameworks, automation languages, containerized environments, observability, or regulated environments.
