Coordinates onboarding and ongoing client servicing for investors in alternative investment strategies across institutional, intermediary, and Private Bank channels.
What you'll do
- Coordinate investor onboarding and servicing, including inquiries, research requests, subscriptions and closings, notices, and reporting.
- Participate in client meetings and events; prepare and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain servicing policies, procedures, and templates, and implement improvements to client experience and servicing efficiency.
