Underwrites commercial real estate lending opportunities, develops investment recommendations, and supports transactions from initial analysis through closing and ongoing asset management.
What you'll do
- Underwrite lending opportunities across property types, capital structures, and risk profiles, including building financial models and evaluating risks.
- Support deal execution, including research, due diligence, site inspections, documentation, closing, and loan modifications or restructurings.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations, collaborate with internal teams, and support ongoing asset management.
