Distributes JPMC’s small-market 401(k) solution by partnering with Chase Business Bankers to grow regional sales and support clients through implementation and ongoing relationships.
What you'll do
- Develop territory prospecting plans and drive 401(k) sales growth with Chase Business Bankers.
- Prepare client presentations, manage sales activities and proposals, and guide clients through onboarding.
- Coordinate with bankers, Client Advisors, Relationship Managers, and plan administration staff to support client relationships.
What they ask for
- 2+ years of financial sales experience.
- Proven success selling investment management and/or retirement plans and maintaining relationships.
- Familiarity with financial markets and retirement, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have or obtain within the first 120 days Series 7 and Series 63 (or 66).
