Asset Management – Global Trading Agreements Group Manager/Negotiator– Executive Director

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and oversee negotiators handling trading agreements across products, clients, and jurisdictions.
• Personally negotiate complex agreements; set strategy, escalate issues, and coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and AI adoption across documentation workflows while maintaining controls and regulatory alignment.

• 7+ years leading negotiation and execution of Master Trading Agreements and ancillary documentation, including complex matters and escalations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop a high-performing team and establish quality standards and accountability.
• Deep understanding of trading documentation, key data terms, and applicable regulatory expectations.
• Ability to set negotiation strategy with cross-functional stakeholders and implement process or AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Pay

$181,000.00-$250,000.00 USD base salary

Drive AI-enabled tooling and workflow automation across documentation intake, negotiation playbooks, clause selection, issue spotting, approvals routing, and status reporting, improving efficiency, transparency, and control adherence.
