Owns and operates onboarding, access, and certification for governed data products across the Asset & Wealth Management Data Mesh ecosystem, including Galaxy.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding guidance, manage and delegate ServiceNow intake and triage, and support data access requests and user questions.
- Coordinate bi-annual Sandbox Certification and approve SID/FID onboarding requests and BGO role governance workflows.
- Standardize operating procedures, SLAs, self-service, metrics, and reporting while keeping processes audit-ready with partner teams.
