Provides legal counsel to J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Alternative Investment Solutions business on alternative fund products, regulatory matters, and business initiatives.
What you'll do
- Advise on hedge fund and private credit products, including funds, separately managed accounts, and related arrangements.
- Support fund formation, structuring, and management, including negotiating investment management agreements, side letters, and other contracts.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business teams; manage outside counsel and support special projects.
