Provides legal advice on the responsible distribution of insurance products and related regulatory matters for Wealth Management.
What you'll do
- Advise on insurance product distribution, licensing, marketing, and regulatory requirements; recommend business responses to legal changes.
- Draft, negotiate, and review insurance selling, servicing, and marketing agreements and materials.
- Partner with business, Compliance, Risk, and Controls teams on risk management, regulatory compliance, and control design.
What they ask for
- At least 5 years of legal practice experience with demonstrated insurance experience.
- Expertise advising on annuities, life insurance, and property and casualty insurance products.
- Working knowledge of state insurance laws and regulations, including National Association of Insurance Commissioners model laws.

$183,350.00-$242,000.00 USD base salary; $199,500.00-$275,000.00 USD base salary
