Provides legal counsel to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management’s retail investment businesses, advising on products, services, risks, regulatory matters, and Donor Advised Funds.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary legal contact for retail broker-dealer and investment advisory products, services, and sales channels; advise on business projects and initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and manage legal and other risks, partnering with Compliance, Risk, and Controls to support risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Lead legal work for Donor Advised Funds and support Advisors, Sales Management, Operations, Risk, and Controls teams.
