Associate Relationship Banker - Rochester, NY

What you'll do

• Assist clients and connect them with banking technology and tailored product or service recommendations.
• Meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to understand their financial needs and build relationships.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

What they ask for

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries, with success establishing clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Strong in-person and phone communication skills, including tailoring product and service features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and meet risk, compliance, and training obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent; ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Nice to have

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Pay

$20.00-$27.88 USD base salary
