What you'll do
- Welcome and assist walk-in and scheduled clients, building relationships and tailoring product and service recommendations to their needs.
- Educate clients on banking technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and connect them with experts for specialized needs.
- Learn and follow banking procedures and regulatory requirements while meeting client service and risk obligations.
