Leads day-to-day branch operations, assists clients with transactions, and supports compliance, loss control, and a welcoming banking experience.
What you'll do
- Assist clients, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings, and introduce clients to self-service options and specialized team support.
- Manage cash devices, including the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues while following bank policies and procedures.
- Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain operational, compliance, loss-control, and audit standards and keep the branch team informed.
