What you'll do
- Assist clients with transactions, manage lobby flow, and introduce self-service options and relevant branch support.
- Manage cash devices, including the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues in line with bank policies.
- Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain operational, compliance, loss-control, and audit standards and keep the team informed.
