What you'll do
- Assist clients with transactions, lobby flow, and meeting scheduling; build trusted relationships and introduce self-service options.
- Manage branch operations, including cash vault and ATM devices, and resolve client issues in line with bank policies.
- Support the Branch Manager with loss control, compliance, audits, and keeping the team informed about policies and procedures.
