What you'll do
- Assist clients with transactions, lobby flow, and appointment scheduling; build trusted relationships and refer clients to branch experts as needed.
- Manage branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Support the Branch Manager with loss control, compliance, audits, and keeping the branch team informed about policies and procedures.
