Leads daily branch operations while assisting clients, supporting the branch team, and maintaining compliance, loss control, and audit standards.
What you'll do
- Assist clients with transactions, manage lobby flow, and introduce self-service options and relevant branch experts.
- Manage cash devices, including the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues in line with bank policies.
- Partner with the Branch Manager to support operations, team communication, compliance, loss control, and audits.
