Leads day-to-day branch operations while assisting clients, managing transactions and cash devices, and supporting compliance and service standards.
What you'll do
- Assist clients with transactions, manage lobby flow, and introduce self-service options and relevant branch experts.
- Manage cash devices, including the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues in line with bank policies and procedures.
- Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain loss control, compliance, audit readiness, and team awareness of policies and procedures.
