Own the strategy and delivery of a performance measurement suite for Business Banking, while providing financial analysis to support sales leadership, field management, and incentive planning.
What you'll do
- Define and deliver the performance measurement roadmap, including metric governance, data quality, and reporting.
- Improve the monthly scorecard for 3,500+ bankers and field leaders through automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and partner across business, data, HR, technology, and other teams on decisions and transformation.
