About the job
Leads a territory team of Business Relationship Managers to grow business banking relationships while managing performance, profitability, client experience, and risk.
What you'll do
- Direct, coach, and develop Business Relationship Managers; recruit and retain team members.
- Manage area revenue and profitability, monitor credit quality and compliance, and use metrics to address performance trends.
- Build client and internal partnerships, support complex lending solutions, and represent the bank in the community.
