What you'll do
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess goals, review product usage, and identify growth opportunities through Zoom, phone, and screen sharing.
- Recommend banking, credit, cash management, card, and payment solutions while managing risk and client relationships.
- Own the client experience, coordinate issue resolution, and manage a portfolio of 225–275 clients.
