About the job
Manages a portfolio of business and Not-for-Profit clients, recommending banking, credit, cash management, card, and payment solutions while providing financial education and end-to-end client support.
What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with 225–275 clients through scheduled virtual meetings and tailored financial guidance.
- Identify client banking and credit needs, including credit opportunities up to $250,000, and recommend suitable solutions within risk parameters.
- Own the client experience, coordinate service teams to resolve issues, and escalate matters when needed.
