What you'll do
- Manage relationships and conduct regular virtual meetings with a portfolio of 250 high-value NFP clients to assess needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend banking, credit, cash management, card, and payment solutions while operating within the bank’s risk parameters.
- Own the client experience end-to-end, coordinating service teams and resolving or escalating issues.
