Leads the design and delivery of workflow automation and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experience across the Chief Administrative Office.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities with stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions using workflow, automation, and AI technologies.
- Use process mining to uncover bottlenecks and compliance gaps, while ensuring solutions meet governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
