About the job
Supports Client Managers in commercial real estate term lending by assisting customers through loan applications, managing loan pipelines, and coordinating customer and broker relationships.
What you'll do
- Facilitate loan applications, request borrower documentation, and discuss products, pricing, and interest-rate quotes or locks at the Client Manager’s or client’s request.
- Review complex loan files and third-party reports, coordinate with processing teams, and track pipeline and loan status.
- Support marketing and customer and broker relationships to help originate loans and retain clients.
