What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and manage consultant performance, portfolio management, client experience, and risk management.
- Build community partnerships and coordinate with Chase partners to connect businesses with appropriate resources and financial solutions.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent while ensuring teams provide customized business banking solutions.
