What you'll do
- Promote mortgage products and educate customers, including those not yet ready to apply, on homeownership and available assistance programs.
- Build community referral networks and partner with branch teams to generate mortgage originations and referrals.
- Serve as customers’ point of contact from initial engagement through loan closing, addressing concerns and coordinating stakeholders.
