What you'll do
- Promote mortgage products and educate customers, including people who are not yet ready to apply, while following lending guidelines and Chase policies.
- Build community referral relationships and partner with branch teams to promote loan originations and related services.
- Serve as the customer’s point of contact from initial engagement through closing, coordinating stakeholders and resolving concerns or obstacles.
